Kas is a working holiday town about an hour’s drive away from Kalkan. The coastal journey from Kalkan to Kas is spectacular and certainly a rival to the famous Amalfi Coast. The beautiful Kaputas beach is on the way to Kas and a perfect spot to have a break and take some photos of the amazing view! The town has several shops and restaurants and a recently developed harbour area – well worth a visit.

Kas is one of the leading scuba diving areas in Turkey and belongs to the Top 100 diving destinations worldwide. The sea has very clear water (up to 40 metres visibility) and an array of underwater life.

As well as underwater activities, there are an increasing number of nature sports developing in Kas such as trekking, mountaineering and rafting.

A number of fun day trips can be enjoyed from Kas. The town is the closest point to Meis Island which is a short boat ride away and provides an idyllic spot for a day out. There are also 6 caves surrounding Kas including the Blue Cave and the famous Pigeon cave.
