Rock-ola Apartment is a beautiful, modern, 3 bedroom, luxury duplex apartment offering spacious and comfortable living. Set in a quiet but central area, it is an easy 10 minute walk into the historic town of Kalkan with its myriad of restaurants and delightful harbour and beach. The apartment is built to an exceptionally high standard by one of Kalkan’s leading developers.

 

The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, one with en suite bathroom, on the first floor. There is also one separate bathroom on this floor. Each bedroom has its own terrace, two with charming views of Kalkan Bay and one with a spectacular view of the Taurus Mountains.

 

The light, airy and spacious lounge with dining area and fully equipped kitchen is on the penthouse (roof) floor. There is a separate toilet and wash basin on this floor. Large glass doors lead out of the lounge onto the romantic roof terrace with a fabulous view of Kalkan Bay. The secluded terrace is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing with a cool drink in the swirling plunge pool. Pool towels are provided.

 

Nearby are shops and little supermarkets which cater for your every need. It is a 10 minute walk to Kalkan’s busy market which is held on a Thursday and well worth the experience.

 

You can enjoy a swim in the turquoise sea either from Kalkan’s town beach or from one of the many beach clubs, which have water sports and swimming platforms, all within easy reach of this lovely apartment. All along the harbour are boats waiting to take you on lazy days at sea – not to be missed.

 

Fully equipped and air conditioned, this contemporary apartment is a lovely romantic place to relax. Transfers to and from the apartment can be arranged for you and Guests receive a welcome pack on arrival. The apartment is cleaned weekly with full linen change.
