CANCELLING RESERVATION AND REFUND TERMS
Dear Customers;
Please note that, the deposit payments you make using EFT, Western Union, credit card, credit card installments or Mail Order to be confirmed by our company are non-refundable once your your reservation has been confirmed. The reason for this is AZURA HOMES Halis YANILMAZ transfers the deposit payment of each reservation to the relevant villa owner's account the same day the reservation is confirmed.
1. Our customers may use their cancellation right within the frame of the above mentioned non-refundable advance payment term.
2. If a reservation is to be cancelled and it is not because of our company but because you demanded it, our company has a right to keep some of the advance payment or all of it.
Cancelling Reservation (Customers who have paid 30% deposit)
-If you cancel 30 or more days before the check in date, 35% of the total reservation amount;
-If you cancel between 29 days to 20 days before the check in date, 50% of the total reservation amount;
-If you cancel between 19 days to 11 days before the check in date, 75% of the total reservation amount;
-If you cancel 10 days before the check in date or if you don't cancel and no show occurs on the check in date, Azura Homes Halis YANILMAZ has a right to charge 100% namely all of the total reservation amount.
Cancelling Reservation (Customers who have paid total amount of the reservation)

In regard of cancellation of reservations, the amount charged from the customer is the amount transferred to the Villa Owner's account and is by no means a profit to our company.
If Reservation is cancelled by the villa owner or Azura Homes Halis YANILMAZ;
-Our company may offer you another villa of similar category and budget on similar dates as mentioned in your agreement,
-If you ask for a refund of the deposit, our company is obliged to make a full refund of the deposit.
